Summary

This pilot study tested whether a daily NAD+ supplement can improve thinking skills and reduce inflammation in healthy women aged 40 to 80. Over 4 weeks, 53 participants took either NAD+ or a placebo and completed computer-based thinking tests and blood draws. The goal was to see if NAD+ affects brain function and markers of inflammation or neurodegeneration.
