NCT ID NCT02945800

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of two chemotherapy drugs (nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine) in 59 teenagers and young adults whose sarcoma (a type of bone or soft tissue cancer) had returned or was not responding to standard treatment. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink tumors or slow the disease from getting worse. Researchers also checked for side effects to understand how safe and tolerable the treatment is.
