Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new oral drug called MOMA-313, given alone or combined with an existing cancer drug (olaparib), in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic flaw. The main goals are to find safe doses and see how the body processes the drug. The study will enroll about 220 adults with cancers like prostate, pancreatic, breast, or ovarian cancer that have progressed despite other treatments.
