Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new oral medication called MOMA-313, given alone or with an existing cancer drug (olaparib), in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to other treatments. The main goal is to find safe dose levels and see how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the treatment might help control cancer growth in patients with specific genetic changes in their tumors.
