First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests the safety and best dose of combining two drugs—ziv-aflibercept and pembrolizumab—in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. Ziv-aflibercept cuts off the tumor's blood supply, while pembrolizumab helps the immune system fight cancer. The study includes patients with several cancer types, such as melanoma, colorectal, ovarian, and kidney cancer.
