Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two drugs—pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy that helps the immune system fight cancer) and ziv-aflibercept (which cuts off blood supply to tumors)—in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects. About 59 adults with cancers like melanoma, colorectal, ovarian, or kidney cancer are taking part.
