Summary
This small study tested whether low-dose Botox (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) can improve facial skin quality, fine wrinkles, and texture. Twenty women received one treatment on half of their forehead and either a placebo or a different Botox brand on the other side. Researchers measured changes in skin elasticity, wrinkles, and pore size over 12 weeks.
