First seen Aug 04, 2026 · Last updated Aug 05, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This trial tests whether a daily marine collagen supplement can improve skin hydration, elasticity, fine lines, and hair and nail health. Forty healthy adults aged 40-60 with early signs of skin aging will take one sachet daily for 12 weeks. Participants will report changes through questionnaires and submit photos for dermatologist evaluation. The study aims to see if the supplement offers visible benefits for aging skin and hair.
