Summary
This study tests methimazole, a drug normally used for thyroid conditions, in people with progressive glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain cancer). The goal is to see if it can slow tumor growth and improve survival. About 19 participants will receive increasing doses to find the safest and most effective level.
