Summary

This study aims to understand how opioid use disorder and its treatment affect the brains of pregnant women. Researchers will use MRI scans to compare brain connectivity in pregnant women with opioid use disorder to those without the condition. The study also examines how the medication buprenorphine is processed by the body during pregnancy.
