Summary

This study tests whether moderate to high doses of LSD can reduce anxiety, depression, and pain in people with advanced, life-limiting illnesses. Sixty terminally ill patients will receive either two doses of LSD or a very low-dose active placebo. The goal is to improve psychological well-being and quality of life in the final months.
