New brain cancer drug enters human testing

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called LMP744 in adults whose aggressive brain cancer (glioblastoma) has returned after standard treatment. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink or stabilize tumors and is safe for patients. Participants will receive the drug through an IV for five days each month for up to a year and will be closely monitored.
