NCT ID NCT07287514
First seen Dec 18, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking a daily oil rich in linoleic acid (an omega-6 fat) for 8 weeks can improve insulin resistance in adults aged 20-60 who already have this condition. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the linoleic acid oil or a control oil, while keeping their normal diet. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can help control metabolic disease, not cure it.
