Summary

This study looks at whether a lower dose (15mg) of the painkiller ketorolac works as well as a higher dose (30mg) for people with kidney stone pain in the emergency room. About 86 adults under 65 with moderate to severe pain will be enrolled. The main goal is to see how much pain drops over two hours and how long relief lasts.
