Summary
This study tests whether a 15mg or 30mg dose of the painkiller ketorolac provides longer pain relief for people with kidney stone pain in the emergency department. About 86 adults under 65 with moderate to severe pain will receive one dose, and their pain levels will be tracked over several hours. The goal is to find the best dose to manage pain effectively.
