Summary
This study is testing a new system that combines aging, mental health, and social needs checks for cancer patients aged 65 and older. The goal is to help doctors provide care that fits each patient's life. About 35 people with different cancers will try it during their first visit. The study measures if the system improves care quality and patient-doctor communication.
