New pill targets advanced cancers in early safety trial

Summary
This is an early-stage study to find safe doses of a new oral drug called IACS-6274. It will be tested alone and in combination with other cancer drugs in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the drug can help shrink tumors.
