New tool helps lung cancer patients take charge of their care

Summary
This study tests a decision aid designed for people with non-small cell lung cancer. The tool helps patients and doctors talk together about treatment options, risks, and what matters most to the patient. About 98 adults with lung cancer will use the tool to see if it improves their understanding, reduces worry, and helps them feel more involved in their care.
