First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study explores whether mild low-oxygen (hypoxic) conditioning, alone or combined with exercise, can improve blood vessel health in the brains of inactive older adults aged 60-80. Researchers will measure changes in brain blood flow and other health markers. The goal is to find new ways to preserve cognitive and physical function with age.
