Summary
This study tests whether a single dose of (2R,6R)-HNK, a drug related to ketamine, can safely reduce short-term pain in healthy adults aged 18 to 60. Participants will receive either the drug, a placebo, or no treatment, and will undergo pain tests and brain scans. The goal is to find a non-addictive alternative to opioids for acute pain.
