Summary
This study follows 400 adults diagnosed with giant cell arteritis or polymyalgia rheumatica to track serious side effects over time. Researchers will monitor for new or worsening aortic aneurysms and aortic dissections, as well as steroid-related complications. The goal is to better understand long-term risks and improve future care.
