NCT ID NCT03911388
First seen Feb 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether a specially engineered virus, G207, is safe for children with cerebellar brain tumors that have come back or not responded to standard treatments. The virus is injected directly into the tumor, and a low dose of radiation is given to help the virus work better. The study aims to find the safest dose and check for side effects in up to 24 children aged 3 to 21.
