Summary
This study tested whether applying exosomes (tiny particles from cells) to the face with a microneedling device can reverse signs of skin aging. Thirty men and women over 50 with wrinkles and other aging signs participated. Researchers measured changes in skin elasticity, wrinkles, roughness, pigmentation, redness, and pore size, along with patient satisfaction.
