Summary
This study tests whether a higher dose of aerobic exercise, started within two weeks of a concussion, helps teens recover faster. Researchers will measure symptom resolution, brain inflammation markers, and anxiety or depression changes. The goal is to create better rehabilitation guidelines for adolescents.
