Could less chemo be better for older breast cancer patients?

Summary
This study looks at whether giving a lower dose of two chemotherapy drugs (docetaxel and cyclophosphamide) can work well and cause fewer side effects in women aged 65 and older with early-stage HER2-negative breast cancer. The goal is to help these women complete their treatment with less harm to their physical and emotional well-being. About 174 participants will be enrolled to compare the lower dose to the standard dose.
