New app connects young cancer survivors for support after treatment

NCT ID NCT06193369

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app that connects young adults (ages 18-40) with trained peer navigators can help them feel more in control of their health after finishing cancer treatment. About 138 people who had breast cancer, testicular cancer, lymphoma, or sarcoma will use the app for 3 months. The goal is to see if this digital support is practical and helpful for managing the unique challenges young survivors face.
