Summary

This study tests a smartphone app that connects young adults (ages 18-40) who have finished treatment for certain cancers (lymphoma, breast, testicular, or sarcoma) with trained peer navigators. The goal is to see if this digital support program is feasible and helps participants feel more in control of their health. The study involves 138 people across Canada and measures changes in patient activation, anxiety, and support needs over three months.
