First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug darolutamide to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery can shrink tumors more effectively in people with early-stage androgen receptor positive triple-negative breast cancer. About 51 participants will receive either standard therapy alone or standard therapy plus darolutamide. The goal is to see if the combination reduces tumor activity and improves surgical outcomes.
