Summary

This study aims to learn how the right side of the heart responds to exercise in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Researchers will measure heart function at rest and during different exercise intensities in 60 participants with COPD. The goal is to identify patterns of heart strain that could help develop better treatments in the future.
