First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a new type of immune cell therapy, made from the patient's own cells and modified to target a protein called CD70, is safe and feasible for adults with glioblastoma and children with high-grade gliomas. The therapy includes an extra modification to help the cells travel to the tumor. The study involves 39 participants and focuses on safety and the ability to produce and infuse the cells.
