New hope for Hard-to-Treat colorectal cancer: first human trial launches

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called CBI-1214 in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 80 participants will receive the drug through an IV, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
