Summary
This study observes 30 adults in Mexico who are already taking tirzepatide (a diabetes/weight-loss drug) to see how it impacts knee cartilage, heart fat, and body composition over 52 weeks. Researchers will use advanced MRI and CT scans, along with blood tests and body measurements, to understand the drug's effects beyond weight loss. No new treatments are given; participants continue their regular care.
