Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called CARE T cells for children whose solid tumors (like liver cancer or Wilms tumor) have returned or not responded to standard care. The treatment involves taking a patient's own immune cells, adding special genes to help them recognize and attack cancer cells, and giving them back. The main goals are to find a safe dose and to see if the cells can shrink tumors.
