Summary
This study tests a personalized cancer vaccine made from patients' own tumor cells. The goal is to train the immune system to fight metastatic cancers like melanoma, breast, lung, and colorectal cancer. Participants receive eight injections over 16 weeks. The study is for adults who have tried at least one chemotherapy without success.
