Summary
This study is testing a personalized cancer vaccine made from a patient's own tumor cells. The cells are modified in a lab to train the immune system to attack the cancer, then injected back into the patient. The trial is for adults with advanced cancers that have spread and who have already tried chemotherapy, with the goal of helping them live longer.
