NCT ID NCT04491942

Summary

This is an early-stage safety study testing a new drug called BAY 1895344 when given with standard chemotherapy drugs (cisplatin with or without gemcitabine). The main goals are to find the safest dose and understand the side effects in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread, with a special focus on bladder cancer. The study will also look for early signs that the combination might help control the cancer.
