Summary
This study is testing a 24-week community program designed to improve heart health and reduce stress in Black men who have risk factors like high blood pressure or prediabetes. Participants are randomly assigned to either start the program right away or join a waitlist, and they attend weekly group sessions for exercise and health education with support from coaches. The main goal is to see if this supportive program leads to better overall heart health scores and lower stress levels compared to the waitlist group.
