Summary

This study tests a digital health program called AYA STEPS for adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. The program helps manage symptoms like pain, fatigue, and emotional distress, and encourages engagement with recommended follow-up care. Researchers will enroll 260 survivors of breast, colorectal, sarcoma, lymphoma, or testicular cancer who are 1 to 5 years past diagnosis and off active treatment.
