Summary
This study tests the safety and effectiveness of combining the immunotherapy drug avelumab with other drugs and radiation in people with advanced cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. About 173 adults with various solid tumors, including prostate cancer, will receive different combinations. The goal is to find tolerable doses and see if the tumors shrink.
