Summary
This study looked at whether an anti-inflammatory whole-food diet could help people with mild-to-moderate Crohn's disease feel better and enter remission. Researchers planned to compare the diet to usual eating habits in 28 adults aged 18-75. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
