Summary

This study looks at how aging changes the way our bodies respond to exercise. Researchers will have 26 older adults who previously completed an exercise program do another 6 months of aerobic training. The goal is to measure changes in insulin sensitivity, fitness, and overall health to understand individual differences in exercise benefits.
