Summary
This study adapts a program called Youth-Nominated Support Team (YST) for suicidal adolescents aged 12-25 who are at clinical high risk for psychosis. The goal is to see if involving a support team of family and friends can increase social connectedness, hope, and treatment engagement. Researchers will track changes in suicidal thoughts and therapy attendance over time.
