This study adapts a program called Youth-Nominated Support Team (YST) for suicidal adolescents who are at high risk for psychosis. The goal is to see if having a personally chosen support team helps these teens feel more connected, hopeful, and engaged in treatment. About 70 participants aged 12-25 will take part.
