Radiation before liver surgery may help remove more cancer

Summary
This study tests if giving Y-90 radiation to the right side of the liver before surgery can safely shrink tumors and make the left side grow larger. It includes 50 adults with colorectal cancer that spread to the liver, where the healthy part of the liver is too small for safe surgery. The goal is to make surgery possible and remove all cancer.
