First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug (non-cationic peptide-CD47 siRNA) in about 9 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The drug works by blocking a 'don't eat me' signal on cancer cells, helping the immune system recognize and attack them. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose.
