Summary
This study looked at whether a soft capsule made from a Chinese herb (Panax notoginseng) can help people who recently had a heart attack and a stent placed. Sixty adults took the capsule for 4 weeks. Researchers checked blood platelets and other markers to see if the treatment improved heart health and was safe.
