New cancer drug enters first human trials

Summary
This is the first study in humans to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called XmAb541 for people with advanced solid tumors, including ovarian, endometrial, and germ cell cancers. The main goal is to see how well the drug is tolerated and to check for side effects. Researchers will also measure how the drug affects the body and if it helps shrink tumors.
