First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding an injection of Xeomin (a type of botulinum toxin) to a standard ED pill (tadalafil) can improve erections in men with mild-to-moderate erectile dysfunction. About 30 men will receive both the combination and a placebo at different times to compare results. The goal is to see if the injection helps when the pill alone isn't enough.
