Botox for ED? new study combines injection with pill to boost erections

Summary
This study tests whether adding an injection of Xeomin (a type of botulinum toxin) to the erectile dysfunction pill tadalafil can improve erections better than the pill alone. About 30 men with mild-to-moderate ED will receive both treatments in a crossover design. The goal is to see if the combination increases erection hardness and function scores.
