Summary
This trial tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the penis, taking a daily oral erectile dysfunction medication (tadalafil 5 mg), or using both together can better improve erectile function in men with organic erectile dysfunction. About 75 men who have had the condition for at least six months will be randomly assigned to one of the three approaches. The study measures improvement using a standard questionnaire called the International Index of Erectile Function.
