Scientists study a glass of Wine's secret messages to your body

NCT ID NCT07361887

Summary

This study aims to understand how drinking a single glass of red or white wine might affect tiny particles in the blood called extracellular vesicles, which carry signals between cells. Researchers will enroll 8 healthy adults to drink wine and have their blood tested before and after to see if these particles change. The goal is to learn more about how moderate wine consumption could be linked to heart and brain health.
