Summary
This study looks at why people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) have trouble exercising and why their blood pressure spikes during activity. Researchers will test if regular bike exercise, a drug called Kuvan, or amino acid supplements can help. The goal is to understand the body's responses, not to cure CKD.
