Summary

This study tests whether personalized marketing and discounts in an online grocery store can encourage people with prediabetes or type 2 diabetes to buy more whole grains instead of refined grains. About 216 adults aged 45-70 from Pennsylvania who already shop online for groceries will participate. The goal is to see if these strategies help improve eating habits and support diabetes management.
